Apple’s been accused of colluding with the book publishing industry to set higher prices for e-Books through the use of an “agency model” where Apple gets a 30 percent cut of whatever price book companies want to set for the books. Apple’s response? That’s not collusion. That’s how we sell everything from music to Farmville. - Why did sponsors think it might be scandalous for Mary Tyler Moore to wear capri pants on The Dick Van Dyke Show?
